The Lean Healthcare Academy is an innovative solution, specifically structured
for those organisations and individuals within the Healthcare sector who want to achieve significant service delivery improvements through the adoption of lean. Lean embraces a set of principles and methods that focus on the elimination of non-value adding activities (waste) within a process.
