Join us at the newly refurbished Queens Hotel in Leeds on the 17th November for a day of networking, best practice sharing, workshops and round table discussions followed by a 3 course dinner and awards ceremony.

The exhibition will showcase outstanding projects from our members and allow you the chance to talk to them about challenges they faced and successes wrought from the project.

Our expert Lean Healthcare Academy trainers will be hosting 4 workshops throughout the day and will be available for face to face sessions. The workshops will include:

• Standard Operating Procedure
• Problem Solving
• Visual Management
• Capacity and Demand

The exhibition will run from 13.30 until 17.00 with exhibitors invited to arrive from 12.00.

Starting at 18.30, the Awards Ceremony will commence with arrival drinks and 3 course dinner.  The awards ceremony will comprise the following 8 Awards:

• Project of the Year
• Organisation of the Year
• Facilitators Choice
• People's Choice
• NVQ Project of the Year
• Most Improved Patient Experience
• Lean Champion of the Year
• Outstanding Individual
