The Lean Healthcare Academy has recently made some additions to the 'successes' page of the website.  There is now an updated list of prjects that we are supporting as well as two new animated case studies on the Bereavement Services Project and an introduction into the Business Improvement Techniques NVQ Champions Training.

These case studies are designed to provide an idea of the benefits that can be achieved by adopting Lean tools and techniques as well as providing ideas of projects that you can run yourselves.
