6S - Workplace Organisation
6S is a foundation stone of continuous improvement and often the starting point for improvement activities. Also known as workplace organisation this Lean technique can be applied to both operational and office environments. Delegates will learn what 6S is, understand the benefits of applying 6S, both to their organisation and the people in it and most importantly how to sustain 6S after an event.
