A list of the current projects the Lean Healthcare Academy is supporting.
If you have an idea for a potential Lean project, the Lean Healthcare Academy offers a half day diagnostic service. One of our Lean Facilitators will come to your organisation, meet with the project team, define the project scope and Key Performance Indicators and then create an action plan. This plan will include their recommendations for training and/or facilitation support to make the project a success.
