This information packed four day course has been developed for individuals involved in carrying out improvement projects and will give them all the underpinning knowledge needed to meet the challenges of the modern NHS economy and take the lead in transforming an organisation for the good of patients and staff. On completion of an individual project review attendees will gain a Lean Practitioner Certificate.

Why should I book a place on the Lean MasterClass?
The Lean Healthcare Academy – Lean MasterClass is a CPD accredited course and has been developed for those individuals tasked with making efficiency savings within a Trust or healthcare organisation. The four days of practical classroom training with one of our Senior Facilitators will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to meet the challenge of the modern NHS.
Will I receive a certificate?
On completion of the four days of classroom training you will be asked to implement a Lean project in your organisation to demonstrate your understanding of the principles and techniques being delivered.
After your project has been assessed you will be awarded a recognised Lean Practitioner Certificate from the Lean Healthcare Academy and Virtual College.

Individual booking at either the London or Sheffield training centre
£1,200 +vat
