Welcome to the launch of the Lean Healthcare Academy Annual Conference & Awards 2012 from the Virtual College. Introduced in 2008, this event is both a forum to share best practice and reward members from the healthcare sector for adopting and sustaining lean working principles. The aim is to encourage the delivery of care in the most efficient way whilst retaining quality of service.
There has never been a more important time to address efficiency in all areas and this event is designed for those who have achieved efficiencies in their work, enabling them to share their success with their peers and be acknowledged for their achievements.
The event brings together professionals across the country dedicated to improving
