This Spotlight Project shows how Lean techniques supported an activity which involved the whole Health Community in Doncaster. Interestingly, although it had long waiting times, the Orthodontics Pathway was shown to be efficient and streamlined and therefore Lean was used to help the team get a clear and accurate understanding of their capacity and demand.
