Once issues and problems have been identified, there are several recognised techniques to help teams understand root causes, help generate solutions and help prevent the problem re-occurring.  This workshop is designed to introduce the following techniques: problem statements, 5 why’s, fishbone diagrams, the 6 thinking hats approach, failure mode effects analysis and Poka-yoke. Delegates will learn the benefits of a structured approach to problem solving and also how to apply creative thinking techniques.
