Process Flow Analysis is used to help fully understand the current condition of any process. It draws upon waste elimination, value adding and visual management techniques, to map out an accurate representation of the current processes used, to be able to then identify areas for improvement activities. This course has been specifically designed to enable delegates to go back to their place of work and start process mapping. The course outline includes a brief overview of the eight wastes, a practical introduction to the 10 Step implementation process and a look at some of the common pitfalls of process mapping.
