PATIENT RECORD HOLDER

Patient Record Holder (code SBH) with hook for the end of bed offered in 8 standard colours (red, blue, green, yellow, white, black, grey and orange). Dimensions Width 360mm, Height 280mm, Depth 37mm.

This unit is Infection Control friendly and can be washed in mild detergent, it has drainage slots in the base to assist with this. The record holder is supplied as standard with a dry wipe front face panel, reading- Patient Name, Nurse, Consultant, Special Instructions.

PATIENT STATUS BOARD

Patient Status at a Glance Board (PSAG) Manufactured in house to a high quality using locally sourced materials wherever possible.

The board is Magnetic Whiteboard with text and lines to individual design and can be of any size (most common requests between 1200x900mm and 2000x1200mm). We can provide coloured text and a range of Magnetic Indicators- to show `Status at a Glance.

STAFF PHOTO BOARD

Staff Photo Board (PB ) As above but is a blank Magnetic or felt board with a lockable clear acrylic door, to any size.

We provide within the package a Magnetic or Velcro backed header for example `Welcome to Ward 10` and also some magnetic or Velcro tape to affix the photos.
