Virtual College have developed the key building blocks within the Lean Healthcare Academy, which include
- Web Portal - Which provides access to a range of tools including events, news, information, forums, ask the experts and taster e-learning resources.
- Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) - An online environment for the management of learners, the learning activity and online assessments.
- E-learning Resources - Through the VLE, learners will be able to access a range of e-learning modules. Some of these modules are generic in nature, whilst others are bespoke solutions specifically developed for the Lean Healthcare Academy.
- Online Assessment - A range of online assessment tools are available to help ensure evidence of actual learning and understanding. These tools include online e-quizzes, short answer assessments, e-portfolios and e-assignments.
- E-Tutoring - Learners can be tutored and supported online
- Lean workshop programmes - which include 1 & 2 day courses and a 10 day master class, covering a full range of implementation methodologies.
- NVQ - Delivery of Business Improvement Techniques NVQs L2 & 3.
- Lean Implementation Support - Full support package to help organsiations successfully adopt lean
