Standard Operating Procedures
The usefulness of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have been proven in industry for decades. They are the documents for training and assessing the competence of an individual to perform a given task. Following the ‘one best way' philosophy and using easily accessible technology this course covers the practical writing of SOP documents using photographs and diagrams. Delegates will learn how to build a learner management system, with the use of assessment documents and skill matrices.
