Lean Healthcare Academy Projects
A list of the current projects the Lean Healthcare Academy is supporting.
If you have an idea for a potential Lean project, the Lean Healthcare Academy offers a half day diagnostic service. One of our Lean Facilitators will come to your organisation, meet with the project team, define the project scope and Key Performance Indicators and then create an action plan. This plan will include their recommendations for training and/or facilitation support to make the project a success. Orthodontics 18 Weeks Pathway - Doncaster Health Community
This Spotlight Project shows how Lean techniques supported an activity which involved the whole Health Community in Doncaster. Interestingly, although it had long waiting times, the was shown to be efficient and streamlined and therefore Lean was used to help the team get a clear and accurate understanding of their capacity and demand.
Endoscopy Standard Operating Procedures Spotlight Project - Airedale NHS Trust
