Visual Management
Communication is central to any well run organisation and visual management is a cornerstone in Lean communications. The methods of visual control and communication have been developed to enable rapid and implicit transfer of information, to empower employees to control processes and make decisions. This course follows the theory of visual management, demonstrating its usefulness and how to utilise visual management to create a very powerful communication strategy.
